Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering for or using Felos, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Felos for an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Definitions

Key terms include Service, Manager, Worker, Tenant, Domain, Task, TaskRun, Proof, Content, and Subscription as described in the legal policy pack.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally able to contract, and use the Service for legitimate business/professional purposes.

4. Account & Security

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them updated
• You are responsible for credential confidentiality and account activity
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

5. Worker Responsibilities

Managers are responsible for lawful Worker data processing and messaging consent/compliance in their jurisdiction. Workers do not register web accounts in Felos.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Felos for unlawful activity, unauthorized data access, harassment, spam, reverse engineering, malicious content, or prohibited surveillance.

7. Messaging Channels

WhatsApp, Telegram, and SMS delivery depend on third-party providers and policies. Delivery is not guaranteed, and regional/channel restrictions may apply.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

Plan limits and prices are described at /pricing. Billing is recurring; taxes may apply. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless required otherwise by law.

9. Data, Privacy & Security

You retain ownership of submitted content. Felos processes data to provide the Service and applies technical and organizational safeguards.

10. Intellectual Property

Felos owns the platform IP. You retain your content rights. Feedback may be used by Felos without obligation.

11. Availability

Service is provided "as is". We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties must protect non-public confidential information, subject to legal disclosure requirements.

13. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for material breach, prohibited use, legal necessity, or prolonged non-payment. Data export/deletion windows apply after termination.

14. Liability

Liability limitations and exclusions apply to the maximum extent allowed by law, with standard carve-outs for non-excludable liabilities.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Felos for claims arising from your unlawful use, content, or non-compliant Worker data processing.

16. Disputes & Governing Law

Parties agree to attempt informal resolution first via our contact form, then proceed under governing law/jurisdiction terms in the legal policy pack.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms and will update the effective/updated dates. Continued use after effective date means acceptance.

18. General

Entire agreement, severability, no waiver, assignment, force majeure, and notice provisions apply as set out in the legal policy pack.
